Job Title: Business & Digital Marketing Assistant
Boho Homes is an independent platform, selling hand-crafted products for homes with a strong ethical mission at our core.
This role is a broad role that will suit a motivated self-starter who is keen to gain hands-on experience supporting the retail operations for the company. Working within this role, you will get exposure and experience in running a business and the various hats an entrepreneur has to wear.
Business Development & Marketing:
The primary objective of this role is increasing the reach of Boho Homes products within relevant Gifting and zero waste communities. Working with social media and identifying influencers will form the foundation for these activities.
Inventory Management:
Assist the Director with stock management, labelling and fulfilment.
Digital Marketing:
With support from the Director, own the digital marketing initiatives including:
- Keeping stock descriptions up to date and accurate
- Ensure good pictures/display of stock
- Assisting with newsletters and Social Media outreach
Essential skills, experience and qualifications
Computing and English language skills are important
- Exposure and experience of social media platforms including Instagram & Facebook.

Flexible within office hours, Monday-Friday

The candidate can expect to gain hands on experience with the running of a business and direct access to an entrepreneur. The candidate is expected to be hands-on and proactive to get full benefit.
Mentoring is available (subject to a good fit between the Mentor/Mentee)
- Award in Personal Development for Employability Level 2 recognised certificate
- 5 x 1.5 hr taught sessions via zoom over 6 months with accompanying workbooks
